Job Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team at Nilambari Business Solutions Pvt Ltd, representing our brand MG monogram.
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing sales activities, market mapping of home furnishing retail counters , identifying potential retail counters and placing Company’s products at those counters through area distributors within their assigned territory to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the assigned territory. –
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and acquiring new clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product improvement and expansion.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the home furnishing industry sector. - Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
