Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Bleaching and Dyeing at Syama Denims located in Bavla. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bleaching and dyeing processes (in the Non Denim department). We plan to do the following products in the non denim category (but largely denim weights)!

• RFDs
• Sulphur Dyed fabrics on RFDs
• Coated Fabrics on RFDs or dyed
• Reactive dyed fabrics (especially Black Reactive)
   

Qualifications
 

• Experience in managing bleaching and dyeing processes
• Knowledge of quality control procedures in textile manufacturing
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards in the textile industry
• Preferably a Bachelor's degree in textile chemistry
