• Negotiation & Developing New vendors.
• Materials & Process to generate price advantage / Savings.
Offer Inviting Shopper Experience :
• Promo, Visual Changeover & BTL VM.
• Unique shopper Experience by setting & following standards across all stores.
Trade Show :
• Layout and design for Trade shows, like: fixture lay outing, new window concepts, mannequin clusters and treatment of wall spaces available by installing visual, props or graphics and by keeping in mind the length of merchandise available for display.
Continuously Build Leaders :
• Contributing in developing a robust structure of VM team to service wholesale channel.
Updating the VM Manual :
• Collate data and regularly update VM Manual for façades and window displays of stores.
Feedback :
• Provide regular and constructive feedback to stores on their displays to ensure they are in line with concept.
Process discipline :
• Ensure process discipline through SOP & audits for VM compliance.
Training :
• Train the Regional VM & staff for technical VM aspects, new windows creation.
