Key Responsibilities :

1. Design Creation :

•  Developing original carpet designs, considering factors like color, pattern, texture, and material.
•  Translating design concepts into production-ready specifications.
•  Staying abreast of current design trends and market demands.

 2. Technical Skills :

•  Utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) and Photoshop software to create and modify designs.
•  Understanding carpet manufacturing processes and materials.
•  Creating technical specifications, including weave structures and color matching.

3. Collaboration and Communication :

•  Working closely with production team.
•  Interpreting client requirements and providing design solutions.
•  Communicating design concepts and technical information effectively.

4. Market Research:

•  Conducting market research to identify emerging trends and consumer preferences.
•  Analyzing competitor designs and product offerings.

5. Sample Development:

 Creating and reviewing carpet samples and prototypes.

 Ensuring that samples meet design and quality standards.

 Reviewing and approving custom samples.

 Essential Skills and Qualifications:

•  Knowledge of carpet manufacturing processes and materials.
