Job Description

Responsible for entire operations of unit right from fabric in-house to shipment out going

Monitoring daily production details of all departments

Instructing all team members to improve productivity by regularly conducting review meetings

Ensure on time shipment of planned quantity

Coordinate with merchandising team in case of any issues related to raw material, production etc.

Responsible to adopt and ensure all safety precautions are adhered as per their job requirement.

Required to contribute towards environmental health & safety implementation from time to time as per instructions displayed on the notice board

Responsible to setup 5S team with the professional hierarchy to implement 5S in the whole plant

Making Thread consumption and work with the company budget and costing

Ensured efficient utilization of department wise allocated budget in the factory
