Design Forward -Thinking Collections

• We are seeking a talented designer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing forward-thinking collections that fuse premium aesthetics with innovation and sustainability. This includes researching and sourcing high-quality, eco-friendly fabrics that reflect our brand values.
• You will lead the design process end-to-end: fabric selection, print/pattern development, garment construction. Additionally, you will collaborate with production teams to bring your vision to life flawlessly. Your expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other digital tools is essential for creating engaging visual content for digital storytelling across platforms.

Key Requirements :

• Graduate/postgraduate from a top design school (NIFT, NID, Pearl, etc.) with a strong creative foundation
• 2–3 years of hands-on design experience in the fashion industry, ideally working with premium and sustainable fabrics
• Highly skilled in print design, pattern making, and understanding of production processes
