• As a fashion designer, your main role is to craft captivating and original design concepts that resonate with our brand's style and target audience.
• Conduct in-depth market research to spot emerging fashion trends.
• Develop various blouse and saree collections, complete with mood boards and colour schemes.
• Possess a strong grasp of blending different fabrics to create unique designs.
• Demonstrate proficiency in surface design, ornamentation, and pattern making.
• Collaborate with the team and the tailor master to produce design samples and bring your creative visions to life.

Skillset :

• Experience in computer-aided design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, print and weave forms are mandatory
• Being well-versed in pattern making and garment construction is mandatory.
• Excellent understanding of colour, texture and pattern.
• Creativity, artistic sense.
• Excellent general knowledge of textiles (e.g. fabric constructions, fibres and yarns).
• Good drawing skills.
• Awareness of general textile characterisation methods (e.g. abrasion, strength, colour measurement, light fastness etc.).
• Knowledge of recent market trends.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Good communication skills.
