Reports To : Production Manager/Operations Manager.

• Improvement in production efficiency and reduction in cycle times.
• Reduction in operational costs and waste levels.
• Consistent achievement of production targets and quality standards.
• Successful implementation of process improvements and innovations.
• This role is pivotal to ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of garment manufacturing processes, contributing to the overall success and profitability of the organization.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Garment Production Engineering or Garment Manufacturing Technogist or Textile Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial engineering within the garment manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in time and motion study techniques and tools (e.g., MOST, MTM).
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Familiarity with garment production machinery and processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, AutoCAD, ERP systems).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
