Job Title : Junior Merchandiser - Kurtis (Domestic Market)

Salary : ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 per month

Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Merchandiser to join our team, specializing in the domestic market for Kurtis. As a Junior Merchandiser, you will assist in managing the product lifecycle, from design to delivery, ensuring that our Kurtis products meet the latest fashion trends and customer demands.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in product development, including design, sourcing, and sampling.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on the latest fashion trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with the design team to create product lines and collections.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics.

Requirements :

• 2-4 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the domestic market for Kurtis.
• Strong understanding of the Indian apparel industry and current fashion trends.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
