Job Title : Knitting Production Operations Specialist
Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced production manager to join our team and take charge of our flat knits line production.
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage daily production activities, including knitting, cutting, finishing, and packing.
• Coordinate with design, development, CAD, and other departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Maintain a well-organized inventory system and manage supplies efficiently.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity.
Requirements :
• Degree in any field, preferably with experience in textile production management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in flat knits line production or related fields.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
