Key Responsibilities :
Client & Order Management :
• Communicate fluently in English with international clients to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Manage bulk production orders and ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate with designers, buyers, and internal factory to align production schedules.
• Provide real-time updates to clients regarding production progress.
Product Development & Sourcing :
• Work closely with fabric and trim suppliers to source high-quality materials.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure the best selection of fabrics and finishes.
• Ensure all production materials align with quality expectations.
Production Coordination & Quality Assurance :
• Monitor production progress and provide detailed reports in English to clients.
• Work with the quality control team to ensure finished products meet specifications.
• Troubleshoot delays, defects, or last-minute design changes efficiently.
Market & Trend Analysis :
• Stay updated on fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
• Recommend new product ideas and innovations to improve our offerings.
Negotiation & Cost Management :
• Negotiate pricing with suppliers and vendors to optimize cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure that profit margins remain competitive while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements :
• Experience: 1-5 years in merchandising, production coordination, or apparel manufacturing.
• English Proficiency: Excellent spoken and written English for international client communication.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile Technology, Business, or related field preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of fabric sourcing, garment construction, and production cycles.
• Communication Skills: Ability to confidently liaise with global clients, suppliers, and factories.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills for resolving production challenges.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and inventory tracking tools.
