Roles and Responsibility of Operation Manager :
“We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our organization’s operations”.
1. Organizing planning and control, quality management, and supply chain management.
2. Play a significant role in short, medium & long term planning, initiatives towards operational excellence.
3. Achieve plant target , high efficiency of machine lines and production targets.
4. Determining needs, reducing costs and analyzing areas requiring improvement. To maximize efficiency and improve profitability, direct and coordinate financial and budget processes.
5. Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement.
6. Manage intensive work force team and best utilize their capabilities .
7. Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
8. Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
