Key Responsibilities:

 Manage and coordinate product development from sampling to production.

 Collaborate with design, sourcing, and production teams to ensure high-quality standards and on-time delivery.

 Monitor market trends and work closely with our design studio to align collections with the latest fashion insights.

 Maintain detailed documentation of development progress and support efficient production workflows.

Qualifications:

 Education: Degree in Fashion/Textile from NIFT or Pearl Academy.

 Experience: 1-2 years in Product Development Merchandising.

 Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems  VisualGEMS is highly preferred.
