• Supervise and coordinate daily weaving operations.
• Ensure production schedules are adhered to and met.
• Schedule shifts and allocate tasks to ensure optimal productivity
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for regular servicing and repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of production, quality, and maintenance activities.
• Provide training for newly assigned line employees
• Dealing with the Manpower and Direct the work of employees assigned to the shift
• Maintain accurate production records and generate reports.

Qualifications : Diploma in Textile / B.Sc.,

Experience : 3 to 8 years of experience in weaving or textile manufacturing

Job Location : Palladam (Tiruppur)
