• Inspect circular knitted fabrics during and after production.
• Identify defects such as holes, barre, oil stains, and uneven loops.
• Conduct in-process quality checks on knitting machines.
• Ensure fabric parameters (GSM, stitch density, loop length) meet standards.
• Perform final inspection of fabric rolls before dyeing or dispatch.
• Maintain inspection reports and defect logs.
• Coordinate with operators to fix quality issues in real time.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.
• Report quality issues and assist in root cause analysis.
• Monitor machine settings and fabric output quality.
• Communicate with production and maintenance teams for improvements.
• Suggest process improvements to reduce defects and waste.
