Job Descriptions

Sales Leadership & Business Growth :

  • Develop and execute long-term sales strategies to expand presence in industries such asĀ automotive, filtration, defense, PPE, geotextiles, medical, and industrial applications.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from lead generation and client acquisition to negotiation, closure, and account management.
  • Identify and develop new markets, channels (domestic and international), , and partnerships.
  • Set and achieve sales targets, KPIs, and revenue growth objectives.

Marketing Strategy & Brand Development :

  • Design and implement marketing plans aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee product positioning, value proposition development, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive participation in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and technical seminars.
  • Guide digital marketing efforts, CRM adoption, and data-driven decision-making.

Team & Stakeholder Management :

  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and institutional buyers.
  • Provide market intelligence to support innovation and product development.

Key Skills & Competencies :

  • In-depth knowledge of technical textile materials, manufacturing processes, and global market trends.
  • Strong B2B sales acumen and negotiation skills, especially in solution-based selling.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and large client accounts.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and commercial judgment.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field.
  • MBA in Marketing / International Business is preferred.
