• Salary - 40k to 50k Max
• Must have Proven 2-6 years of experience in textile design, PREFER LOCAL CANDIDATE

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop innovative textile designs that align with the company's brand identity and market trends.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to conceptualize and execute design concepts from initial idea to final product.
• Conduct research on emerging trends, color palettes, and fabric techniques to inspire new design concepts.
• Create detailed design specifications and technical drawings for production purposes.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure design feasibility and quality standards are met.
• Participate in design presentations and meetings to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Stay updated on industry developments and technological advancements in textile design software and techniques.
• Assist in the development of seasonal collections and product lines, ensuring they meet market demands and customer preferences.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or related field.
• 2 to 6 years of experience in textile design, preferably in a similar industry or role.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CAD software.
• Strong understanding of textile production processes, fabric properties, and printing techniques.
• Excellent creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for color, pattern, and texture.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy in work.
