Key Responsibilities :

• Product Development: Design and develop new textile products, ensuring they meet quality standards and market demands.

• Process Optimization: Analyze and enhance manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure high-quality output.

• Material Testing: Conduct tests on raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet industry standards and specifications.

• Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to production teams, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions.

• Project Management: Manage projects from conception to completion, coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

• Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, integrating new technologies and practices into the production process.

• Compliance: Ensure all processes and products comply with safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications :

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in textile engineering, with hands-on experience in product development and process optimization.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in textile testing methods, manufacturing processes, and material science. Experience with textile design software is a plus.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
