TEXTILE FINISHING PROCESS UNIT

The Fabric Washing Manager oversees all aspects of the fabric washing process, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with safety and environmental standards. This role involves managing staff, optimizing processes, and maintaining quality control.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Manage Operations:

Oversee daily fabric washing activities to ensure efficiency and quality.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and train washing staff, promoting a safe and productive work environment.

 

Process Optimization:

Analyze and improve washing processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.Ensure that all fabric meets quality standards and implement corrective actions as needed.Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and industry regulations.Manage chemicals and materials used in the washing process, ensuring adequate supplies.Maintain accurate records of washing operations and prepare reports for management.Qualifications:
