Monitoring of work allocation and previous day output review, Ensure current and relevant

specifications, day to day production planning, control manpower, reduce the wastages, and maintain

Quality standard. To ensure all maintenance work coordinates with concern department. Control

Rejection of Raw materials, in process and maintenance planning.

The Technical Vice President for the Textile Industry will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of our textile operations. This senior leadership role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in textile manufacturing processes, technological innovations, and quality assurance protocols. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a strategic mindset to drive innovation and efficiency across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

1 . Technical Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive technical strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives, focusing on innovation, cost-effectiveness, and quality improvement.

2 Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancement throughout the textile manufacturing lifecycle, including spinning, weaving, knitting, dyeing, finishing, and quality control.

3 Technological Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the textile industry, evaluating their potential impact on operations and leading the adoption of relevant innovations to maintain a competitive edge.

4 Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce rigorous quality assurance standards and procedures to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality textile products that meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.

5 Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, including production, research and development, supply chain, and sales, to ensure alignment of technical initiatives with overall business goals and customer needs.

6 Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the technical team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability, and nurturing talent through coaching, mentorship, and professional development initiatives.

7 Budget Management: Develop and manage the technical department's budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to support strategic initiatives while maintaining cost control measures.

8 Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards, and safety protocols, maintaining a safe and sustainable work environment for employees.
