Role Description We are looking for. a creative and experienced Womens western wear fashion Designer to join our team as a Full-time On-site Fashion Designer at our Gurugram location. The Fashion Designer's responsibilities include producing design ideas, developing new patterns, overseeing garment production, and collaborating with team members. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in design, fabric selection, usage of color, and very knowledgeable about the latest fashion trends. As a Fashion Designer at KnitCraft International Ltd., you will have an opportunity to work on sustainable fashion and ethical making by creating designs and helping with product development to bring new brands to life in line with our ethos and values. Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field. At least 5 years of experience as a Fashion Designer. Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and sewing techniques. Strong attention to detail and ability to produce design solutions for customer needs Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Demonstrate knowledge of sustainable fashion, innovation, and ethical practices where possible Ability to produce designs suitable for our leading brands and understand the industry trends.
