Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for the postiion of Assistent Fashion Designer at Tritva . The Fashion Designer will be responsible for: Development of apparel designs aligned with sustainable slow fashion aesthetics Conducting trend research to stay ahead of fashion movements Creating and developing unique embroidery and print designs Coordinating with the production department to develop and refine samples Leading and conducting fitting sessions to ensure perfect fit and comfort Sourcing and selecting high-quality, sustainable fabrics Collaborating with the marketing team to align design concepts with brand strategy Managing design projects from concept to completion Ensuring that all designs adhere to the brands sustainable and ethical standards Participating in seasonal planning and collection development Providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers and interns Keeping up-to-date with new sustainable materials and technologies Qualifications Proficiency in embroidery and textiles Experience in fashion design and fitting Ability to create innovative and unique fashion pieces Strong passion for sustainable and responsible fashion Excellent attention to detail and creativity Strong communication and collaboration skills Degree in Fashion Design or a related field is a plus Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Knowledge of fashion design software and tools Please note: Interested candidates kindly send a copy of your Portfolio and Resume to hidden_email or whatsup the portfolio and Resume to this number : hidden_mobile38.
