- Should have atleast 8 - 10 years of experience as Priting Supervisor in HomeTextiles
- Will be required to supervise and manage the entire printing process
- Work closely with the design team to ensure patterns, colors, and designs are accurately printed.
- Select appropriate printing techniques (e.g., screen printing, rotary printing, digital printing) for different fabrics and design requirements.
- Inspect printed textiles for any defects such as color misalignment, fading, or pattern distortions.
- Ensure the quality of prints meets company and buyer standards.
- Implement corrective actions if any defects are found during the production process.
- Ensure that all printing processes comply with environmental and safety regulations (e.g., using eco-friendly dyes, waste management).
- Collaborate with other departments (design, cutting, sewing) to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Stay updated on the latest printing techniques, trends, and technologies in the textile industry.
- Introduce innovative printing techniques to enhance the product offering.
- Provide samples and prototypes as per Buyers requirement.
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Technology, Textile Design, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of various printing techniques (screen, rotary, digital) and dyeing processes.
- Hands-on experience with textile printing machinery and tools.
