Job Descriptions

Manage the sampling process for women's and kids' wear, with a focus on jackets and other garments.
Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure timely and accurate development of samples.
Oversee packaging processes to meet brand standards and client expectations.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality materials and timely deliveries.
Maintain detailed records of sample specifications, revisions, and approvals.
Previous experience in fashion merchandising, specifically in women's and kids' wear.
Strong understanding of garment construction, sampling, and packaging.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
