Purpose of the Role

1. Project Handling (from Blowroom to Ring Frame) - Pre, On going & Post Installations and Handover.

2. Project - Interaction with Internal LMW and customer team and ensure smooth process.

3. Project setup based on end-users requirements and to resolve technological issues from Blowroom to Ring frame

4. Sign off with customer by handing over of machines

5. Setup of Quality from first kg of Yarn produced.

6. Create data bank - Cotton & Synthetics process, Competitions &Benchmarkings.

7. To have knowledge on special processes

8. To have knowledge on different raw material and processing in cotton, synthetics and blends

9. To have knowledge in testing equipments

10. To have knowledge in statistical analysis of data.

11. Training to Customers.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

1. Visit the customer's place to handle projects

2. Analysis of End -user needs and setup quality

3. Resolve the issues by taking various trials and process / machine settings

4. Create data bank

5. Close the issues with MOM with customer ( sign off)

6. Create and share the knowledge on technological solutions

7. Establish project deliverables on technological points &signoff with customer
