Role & responsibilities

•  Should have very good knowledge in visual and computer color matching knowledge.
•  Should have sound knowledge in reactive, vat , disperse dyeing and preferred aramid and acrylic dyeing process.
•  Should have sound knowledge in CPB, E control, thermosol, and jigger dyeing process.
•  Sound knowledge in dyeing trouble shooting with problem solving in continuous process plant.
•  Essential knowledge in lab to bulk corelation process and bulk to bulk reproducibility.
•  Should know the 4-point system for approval.
• Sound have knowledge in Yarn / Threads, work Yarn / Threads dyeing quality standards.
•  Knowledge in ISO & ASTM dyeing standards for fastness.
•  Maintain shade lot wise continuity system and control shade groups.
•  Lab to bulk coordination and bulk to bulk repeatability with team work.
•  To achieve production target in RFT
•  To maintain the realization within norms for each lot.
•  To check and control CSV in each lot.
•  Should closely monitor the dyes stock against available orders.
