As a Textile Engineer at CountAI, your primary role is to execute machine installations and ensure our customers' satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Machine Installation:Lead the installation and configuration of our AI-based automatic inspection systems at customer facilities.
Ensure precise setup, adherence to safety protocols, and rigorous quality control.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any technical challenges during installation.
Customer Training:Provide in-depth training to customers and their operators on system operation and maintenance.
Develop training materials and documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer.
Technical Support:Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and technical issues related to our inspection systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems and deliver effective solutions.
