Qualifications and Experience Levels:

• B. Tech with 60% Marks.
• Preferably experience of procurement of Yarn, Dyes & Chemicals Plastic material, Packing Material etc.

CTC: Max INR 32 LPA

Age: Less than 50 Years.

Job Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for Purchase and Cost Estimation activities.
• Strong and confident negotiator with the ability to negotiate at all levels.
• Negotiate contract terms with key suppliers to ensure value for money, quality standards and delivery terms with technical and operational input from stakeholders.
• Just in Time stocks maintenance.
• Create and implement best practice purchasing vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve business performance.
• Evaluate the challenges faced by the business and take action to mitigate risks and develop opportunities.
• Take ownership of the purchasing policy, guidelines and any associated documents.
• Responsible for managing relationships and negotiating with key suppliers at a senior and strategic level.
• Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms, for the benefit of the organisation.
• Work closely with Research Development to source new and alternative raw materials.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
