Preparation of the production process

Reporting to GM- operation for process abnormalities & resolve the abnormalities

Follow-up of development samples.

To ensure that samples of spun material should be delivered within 72 hours and samples of filament material should be delivered within 96 hours.

Resolving the customer problem & implementing preventive action.

Chalk out a concrete plan to resolve the problem by effective actions.

Ensure the quality of incoming raw material and Packing material.

Analysis of raw materials & coordination with the purchase & production department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reduction of customer complaints by ensuring disciplined process flow and ensuring SOP adherence.
• Implementation of process flow in the production process.
• Follow-up of development samples
• New Process/product development
• GRN of raw material.
• Handling customer complaints.
