This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Merchandiser. The Senior Merchant is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of fabric coordination, sample preparation, production tracking, and buyer communication. This role ensures timely updates, accurate documentation, and effective coordination with internal teams, vendors, and buyers to maintain the smooth operation of order processing and shipment.
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of fabric sourcing, production processes, and supply chain management in the apparel industry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with internal teams, vendors, and buyers.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Qualifications
- MBA Marketing.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing end-to-end merchandising processes.
- Experience in cost estimation, vendor management, and order documentation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
