POSITION -
- MANAGER TECHNICAL DESIGN (GARMENT FIT TECHNICIAN)WOMEN’S –MULTI PRODUCT LINE - WOVEN / KNIT / DENIM.
- We are looking for a candidate with 10 to 15 years experience , who can handle Women’s- multi product line - from tops , dress , jumpsuits , sweaters , tshirts to denims .
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES-
Ensure Technically Right Fit and construction of garment , choosing the correct fabric base in terms for feel, fall , stretch for collections designed by design team.
JOB DISCRIPTION -
- Making base measurement chart & graded measurement as per design sketch.· Commercial sample evaluation, Prepare initial measurement chart.
- FIT STUDY & BODY GROWTH CHART Preparation.
- Conduct live model (or) body Foam FIT trail & approval checklist sign.
- Print artwork, placement approval & Textile docket placement approval.
- Sample Cycle - FIT, Sealer Sample, Shipment sample - Review and Approval.
- Seam & Stitch property approval.
- Garment Risk Analysis & Safety – Checklist.
- Wash care code & special instruction approval.
- Washing, VAP (Value Added process), Sewing thread, Interline, Trims, approval - Technical Aspect.
- Basic knowledge of SAM / Garment.
- Basic knowledge of Sewing Machine /Type of folders /other special attachment .· Coordinate with Quality team to ensure right production .
- Case study - Customer feedback & Customer return's·
- Block Library - Core measurement chart & pattern maintain and updating
MANAGEMENT ·
- Team management - Coordination With- Pattern Master , CAD team, Technician as well as Internal Sampling Team.
- Conduct FIT Session - Owner ship of Right FIT as Coordinate with Designer head and Product development head.
- Provide Technical Direction whole team to meet target defined by management .

Pay: ₹1,700,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
