• Conduct thorough inspections of garments at various stages of production to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify and document defects and quality issues and communicate findings to production teams.
• Collaborate with production teams to develop and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions and recommend continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, defects, and corrective actions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards.
• Provide training and support to production staff on quality control processes and standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in garment quality assurance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Garment Manufacturing Technology, Fashion Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in garment quality assurance or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and quality standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Garment ERP Systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Quality Management or a related field.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies would be a huge plus.
