· Instruct writers to make hourly reports

· Set target efficiency

· Monitor hourly report

· Check alteration inline and get clearance from the team

WIP check

Next day plan

New style plan

Discuss maintenance breakdown

Check packing balance

Check OT plan

MI before starting a new style

· Set up quality in line for a new style

· New style M/C set-up

· Sampling

· PO closing

Front-Back Writer

· Before new style, attend PPM meeting

· Manpower balancing

· Hourly report: format, feed the capacity and target

· Target put on board

· Hourly report update

· Maintenance/ breakdown form

· Hourly WIP chart update

· Job card collection

· Production monitoring

· Next day planning trims

· Report making

· On-time alteration clearing

· New operator monitoring

· PO closing

Assembly Writer

· Before new style, attend PPM meeting

· Manpower balancing

· WIP checking from pairing

· Check loop WIP

· Hourly report: operator name, target, capacity

· Alteration check: reason and DHU check

· Packing balance check for PO closing

· New style planning

· Evening reports
