Designation - Product Developer and Merchandiser
Job Location - Udyog Vihar Phase 1 Gurgaon
Salary Budget - 6.00 LPA to 8.00 LPA CTC between (PF Policy)
Candidates should be from Fashion & Apparel Background

Responsibility :

1. Product Development:

• Lead product development initiatives by collaborating with design teams to conceptualize and implement new garment designs efficiently using mechanized processes.
• Integrate innovative technologies into the development of bespoke garments, ensuring quality and design integrity are maintained.
• Engaging with vendors daily to facilitate the implementation of seasonal planning.

2. Inventory Management:

• Manage inventory levels to meet demand while avoiding overstock and minimizing wastage.
• Develop and implement efficient stock management and replenishment strategies to maintain optimum inventory levels for operations.

3. Budgeting and Purchasing:

• Develop and manage budgets for production activities, ensuring cost-effective purchasing of materials and resources.
• Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers to maintain a balance between quality and cost-efficiency, ensuring alignment with company financial objectives.

4. Retail Store Consistency:

• Maintain uniformity across retail stores by managing swatches, samples, size sets, and accessories presentation.
• Coordinate closely with retail outlets to gather feedback on new product developments and streamline the introduction of new products to the market.
