We are seeking a skilled and experienced Embroidery Puncher with 2 to 5 years of experience in digitizing and punching embroidery designs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting artwork into digital files compatible with embroidery machines, ensuring precise and high-quality embroidery production.

Key Responsibilities :
• Design Conversion : Convert artwork, logos, and patterns into digital embroidery designs using punching software.
• Digitizing : Digitize designs for embroidery machines, ensuring accuracy in stitch placement, density, and sequencing.
• Software Proficiency : Utilize embroidery punching software (e.g., Wilcom, Tajima, or similar) to create high-quality embroidery designs.
• Technical Expertise : Ensure that all designs are optimized for embroidery on different types of fabrics and materials, taking into account stitch types, thread color, and fabric behavior.
• Design Editing : Make necessary adjustments to existing designs to improve the quality and efficiency of embroidery production.• Machine Compatibility : Ensure designs are compatible with           various embroidery machines and formats, optimizing for different machines as needed.
• Quality Control : Monitor and assess the quality of embroidery output, making adjustments to designs to resolve any issues that arise during production.
• Troubleshooting : Identify and troubleshoot any design or technical issues during the punching and production process.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the design and production teams to understand customer requirements and ensure design precision.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and tools in embroidery punching to improve workflow and output quality.

Qualifications :
• Education : High school diploma or equivalent. A certification in embroidery or design is a plus.
• Experience : 2 to 5 years of experience as an Embroidery Puncher, with a proven track record of creating high-quality embroidery designs.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in embroidery punching software (e.g., Wilcom, Tajima, or similar). Familiarity with different types of embroidery machines and file formats.
• Attention to Detail : High level of precision and attention to detail to ensure the quality of embroidery designs.
• Creative Skills : Ability to interpret artwork and create embroidery designs that maintain the original artistic intent while being optimized for production.
• Problem-Solving : Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly address and resolve issues during the digitizing process.
• Communication Skills : Good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with designers and production staff.
• Time Management : Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
