Position : Visual Merchandiser Wearables
Job Location : Corporate Office, Bangalore
Scope of the role :
- To define and design visual merchandising displays aligned to the product strategy to aid the promotion and sales of the products.
Job Profile :
- Designing VM Campaigns.
- In Store negative space, Signages etc.
- Coordinate with Brand VM for relevant merchandising needs
- Vendor Management.
- Manage new and existing stores, in counter implementation, display guidelines.
- Time to time Visual Roll out.
Key Deliverables :
- Generate ideas for all kind of VM activity for national / regional level activities
- New Store & Renovation Launches set up and co-ordination with stake holders
- Repository of VM elements and fixtures to be maintained
- Follow the Manual & SOPs of VM std
- Knowledge of different VM prints and media materials Co-ordination with Operation team and ensuring the requirements.
- Ensure effective and timely implementation of VM Campaigns initiatives like EOSS, Valentine , Diwali Promotions, Activation
- Managing Vendor execution quality, timelines and costs.
- Manage the visual merchandising budget, maintain the ongoing inventory of store fixtures and manage the placement processes
- Generating POs for all VM related works and settling bills as per commercial guidelines.
- Training the Team Leaders and store teams in the areas of VM/display by instore training to develop skill level, provide clarification as well as adherence to standards/planograms
- Ensure brand display planograms are followed for all brands and categories
- Ensure consistency in brand imagery and visual merchandising within the stores
The right person :
- A degree from a design school is must.(NIFT, Pearl)
- Exposure to retail and entertainment spaces by executing Visual Merchandising projects for not less than 2 years
- Exposure to design application software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Corel is preferable.
- Visualizing skills in 3D form will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of materials and forms ,Good fashion sense with the ability to understand new trends in projects
