Job Description :
For real estate residential and commercial high-rise structures, ensuring product quality through implementation of quality assurance and quality control system, for all projects.
Carrying out quality checks on materials and workmanship at construction sites and ensuring conformance to standards. Knowledge of applicable codes.
Qualification : Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institute
CANDIDATE PROFILE :
Knowledge of applicable IS codes for construction and testing of materials, conversant with Site Laboratory set up and testing. Experience of High Grade Concrete Mix Designs and testing.
Working knowledge of MS Word / Excel.
Good communication skills both verbal and written.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Competent in problem solving.
