We are seeking a Senior Merchandiser to join our team at Lakhmi Chand Tejoo Mal in Delhi. This full-time position requires a seasoned professional with 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of women's ethnic fashion and be adept at managing inventory, merchandising strategies, and quality control processes.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Diploma required (Apparel/ Fashion Designing)
• Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in merchandising, specifically in the fashion industry.
• Good knowledge of ladies ethnic wear with a focus on kurtis & Indo Western garments (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in managing inventory levels within the retail floor environment (Mandatory skill).
• Proficient in developing and implementing effective merchandising strategies.
• Skilled at overseeing the quality check process of products received, ensuring standards are met.
• Ability to manage stock replenishment efficiently and effectively.
• Adept at analyzing and updating customer trends to enhance purchasing decisions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective merchandising plans to increase store profitability.
• Oversee and maintain optimal inventory levels, monitoring and adjusting stock as needed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and consistency of inventory.
• Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and tailor product selections accordingly.
• Ensure that visual merchandising standards are maintained to enhance customer experience.
• Analyze retail sales performance and identify trends to inform future purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure timely product delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior merchandising staff as necessary.
