We're looking for a highly motivated Area Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Kerala South Region (Thrissur to Trivandrum). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales management, excellent communication skills, and willingness to travel.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners.
• Conduct market visits, identify opportunities, and resolve issues.
• Analyze sales data, track performance, and provide insights.
• Lead, motivate, and train sales teams to achieve excellence.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Requirements :

•  Any graduate.
• 4-5 years of experience in retail sales management in Textiles related areas.
• Fluency in English and Malayalam
• Willingness to travel extensively within Kerala South Region
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
