Job description : Position: QA Auditor - US Sales Voice Process
Location : Noida (work from office)
CTC : Up to 6 LPA + Incentives
Shift Timing : 7:00 pm to 4:00 am IST (US Shift)
Both side cab facility + 1 time meal provided
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in QA for US sales/marketing campaigns.
- US sales voice process experience.
- Knowledge of Audits, Feedback, Calibration, Briefing Session, and Dip Check.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google sheets, etc.
- Strong written and verbal English skills.
- Immediate work-from-home availability.
- Comfortable with US shifts and office work.
Responsibilities :
- Support operations team with timely task reporting.
- Validate and tag data, provide ad hoc support in quality processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely task completion.
- Collaborate with team auditors and report to Quality Manager.
- Follow SOPs for data tagging.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills.
- Identify issues in call center processes and propose solutions.
