Roles and Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with industry standards for textile production and home furnishing products.

- Collaborate with design teams to select appropriate fabrics for new product lines.

- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices and enhance supply chain efficiency.

- Oversee the processes of warping, sizing weaving, dyeing, printing, and finishing to meet customer requirements.

- Manage fabric sourcing, procurement, and quality control to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality fabrics

- Oversee our fabric warehouse stock and coordinate timely deliveries to ensure on-time fulfillment.

- Fabric Store inventory knowledge with system ERP support.

- Should have good knowledge of fabric weaves, defects and 4-point fabric inspection system.

- Should be a good decision-maker to manage fabric feeding to the processing as well as cut-to-pack.

- Managerial Work experience in a Textile fabric warehouse is an additional requirement.
