• Co-ordination with the Planning Department for the dyeing program.
• Machine wise planning as per capacity and priority.
• Taking care of yarn and fabric dyeing production.
• Taking care of Quality checks of the dyed yarn, shade approval of yarn as well as the woven fabric.
• Yarn and fabric dyeing production and quality inspection.
• Lab matching of shades in laboratory.
• Handled all types of yarn dyeing like Pure silk, Cotton, Linen, Viscose.
• Maintenance of the Inventory dyes, chemicals, and stationery.
• Identify opportunities for Continuous Improvement within all facets of the organization.

Required skills and qualifications-

B.Tech.Degree in Textile Engineering or Chemistry.

Extensive experience in Piece dyeing of weft knitted fabrics in a reputed textile mill.

Able to handle shade matching independently both in Lab and bulk dyeing.

Be familiar with Dyeing machines with Microprocessor control.

Time management and prioritization skills in relation to balancing concurrent projects.

Strong communication skills must have good English.
