Check Product Quality

Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures

Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards

Determine any need for corrective actions in the manufacturing process

Document and report any quality issues or non-conformities and work with relevant departments to resolve them.

Maintain records of quality inspections, tests, and other QA activities

Documentation and storage of quality approved material

Develop and maintain color standards and references for all textile products.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment by adhering to safety protocols.

Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-3 years of experience in the textile industry or related field (yarn manufacturing).

Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.Tech/B.E.).

Proficiency in controlling processes such as quality control procedures.

Strong understanding of textile Yarn manufacturing processes
