Roles & responsibilities

To provide technical support for Zydex printing products in a highly customer-oriented manner.

To Support the sales team with trials at units and explore new areas and business units for business development.

To provide excellent customer service in a timely and efficient manner.

Document SFA requirement regularly.

Textile processing trials at customers include the coordination from customer place with our Labs to deliver efficiently and effectively.

Ensure call standards are maintained with respect to problem identification, proposed solution & conclusion.

Travel to customers as per requirement.

Day-to-day coordination with dealers & Channel Partners for increasing business.

Preferred candidate profile

We require executives from Textile Printing Chemicals / Textile Printing units /Garment , export houses only.

Desired Skills and Competencies

Dyeing, Printing, Processing, Sales & Marketing and Technical Support.
