We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Print Textile Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating original, trend-driven textile designs and patterns for our product lines. This role requires a strong creative vision, proficiency in Adobe softwares such as Illustrator and Photoshop, an eye for detail, and a deep understanding of fabric characteristics, color palettes, and the latest market trends. You will collaborate closely with the design, production, and marketing teams to ensure designs are feasible, aligned with brand identity, and meet production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Creation: Develop unique and visually appealing print designs and patterns for textiles, considering the target market, brand aesthetics, and seasonal trends.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging techniques, and color forecasts to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the brand.

Material & Technique Knowledge: Work with various fabrics and understand the characteristics of different textiles, ensuring designs are optimized for specific materials.

Color Development: Develop colorways and palettes that align with brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all designs.

Technical Precision: Prepare production-ready artwork, including accurate color separations, repeats, and layout adjustments.

Collaborative Projects: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and manufacturing to deliver cohesive and well-executed designs.

Prototyping: Create mock-ups and prototypes for presentation, adjusting designs based on feedback and production feasibility.

Quality Control: Review samples and oversee the quality of final prints to ensure they match the original design specifications
