• This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandiser at Tracon Export Services Pvt Ltd located in Gurugram.
• Looking for Mid-level Merchandiser with Home Textile experience preferably from an Export House.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience required.
• Experience in sample development and production process (yarn dyeing, power loom and autoloom weaving of fabrics, stitching, embroidery, beadwork, printing etc).
• Will assist Head Client Services in planning and controlling sample and production at their own and vendor locations.
• Good techno-commercial understanding to enable monitoring timely completion of production with relevant costing.
• Evaluating Testing and packaging requirements for all orders, ensuring compliance with buyer’s protocols.
• Time and quality management is a must.
• Must have dealt with the Production centre at a distance and direct dealings with overseas buyers and buying agencies.
• Must be willing to travel within India.

Qualifications :

• Textile education is a must - (Diploma in Handloom & Textile Technology/ Diploma in Textile Technology/ B. Tech in Textile Engineering)

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to team goals.
• Knowledge of international markets, pricing, and sourcing.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is a plus
