Your Responsibilities :

• Actively participate in vendor research, analysis, and selection.
• Source, visit, and evaluate factories considering product, pricing, quality, reliability, and compliance to meet customer interests.
• Maintain a good network with factories, suppliers, and clients.
• Stay updated on market trends, guiding vendors in innovation according to client needs and latest trends.
• Identify business opportunities by collaborating with product designers to develop new product ideas for clients.
• Manage client/vendor relationships and negotiate on price, discount, delivery, and working terms.
  Development Process Management :
• Collaborate with factories on new product development, innovation, and consistently work with the existing vendor base for new product offers.
• Review, assess, and dispatch product samples, updating and maintaining the sample tracker
• Conduct costing analysis, negotiate product prices, and share comments and updates with vendors and clients.
• Review callouts, propose corrective action plans, and analyze and select new vendor bases.

Production Process Coordination :

• Take full ownership of the entire merchandising flow from development stage to shipment with in-depth technical knowledge, proactive problem-prevention, and strong decision-making skills.
• Purchase order generation and management
• Monitor the production process to meet quantity, quality, order specifications, and delivery dates.
• Diagnose production problems and collaborate with vendors to present alternatives to clients.
• Work with vendors to improve on-time delivery/vendor scorecard and coordinate with internal departments for a smooth workflow.
• Utilize negotiation and interpersonal skills effectively, demonstrating analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary : ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
