Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with expertise in technical textile fabrics, including IFR (Inherently Fire Retardant), FR (Fire Retardant), Nylon, and Coated Fabrics. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in the sales and business development of technical textiles and the ability to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify and approach potential clients in industries requiring IFR, FR, Nylon, and coated fabrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, distributors, and key decision-makers.
- Provide technical guidance and product recommendations based on customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the technical textile sector.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Work closely with the production and R&D teams to align sales efforts with product development.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategies to management.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in the sales of technical textile fabrics.
- Strong knowledge of IFR, FR, Nylon, and Coated Fabrics applications and markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of handling sales independently.
