• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence in India's textile industry.
Main Responsibilities :
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share of Jacquard machines.
• Identify and approach potential customers, including textile mills, weaving units, and manufacturers.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase Jacquard weaving solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with textile industry stakeholders.
• Provide technical consultation and propose solutions that align with customer needs.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies to stay ahead in the industry.
• Collaborate with service and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Textile, Mechanical, or related field.
• 10+ years of proven sales experience in Jacquard / Weaving machines (preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of Jacquard weaving technology, textile mills, and fabric production.
• Strong network within the textile industry, especially in Surat and major textile hubs.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel extensively across India.
