We are looking for an experienced Senior Merchandiser to independently manage customer accounts, overseeing Product Development and Production Merchandising. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in handling woven and knitted garment.

Key Responsibilities :

End-to-End Merchandising Management : Oversee the entire process from product development to production delivery. Coordinate closely with sampling and production teams.
Procurement : Manage bulk fabric/trim sourcing (import/local) with cost efficiency and minimal wastage.
Buying House Coordination : Act as the primary contact point for buying houses, ensuring smooth approvals and communication. Monitor TNA and resolve production bottlenecks proactively.
Team Leadership : Mentor junior merchandisers and drive team performance.
